At CHUH, we’re committed to getting your matcha to you as quickly and affordably as possible. We use a Best Way shipping system, selecting either USPS or FedEx depending on the size of your order and your location.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat shipping rates based on the total weight of your order and the shipping zone it’s headed to. This helps us keep costs transparent while ensuring timely delivery across the U.S.

Processing & Delivery Times

• Orders typically ship out within 2–3 business days

• Delivery times vary by zone and carrier, but most orders arrive within 3–8 business days after leaving our facility

You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships so you can follow your CHUH every step of the way.
