Bummer, dude—we’re so sorry about that!
If your lattes arrived punctured or leaking, we’ll hook you up with a FREE reshipment of your order. Just shoot us some pics to hello@chuhmatcha.com of the damage within 48 hours of delivery so we can make things right (and keep future shipments smooth for everyone).
Small dents? Those still taste good! They might not look perfect, but they’re totally safe to drink—so we don’t replace cans with just cosmetic damage. If you have a minute, we’d still love to know about it so we can improve our packaging.
