Where it started!
I was never a 3-4 cups of coffee a day kind of person. Just one cup would give me jitters and anxiety, but at the same time, without it I’d have a splitting headache. So, I broke up with coffee. But I still wanted a caffeine boost to get me through the day. That’s when I found matcha.
